*The day-to-day responsibilities for our debt collection agents include skip tracing, portfolio management, conflict resolution, payment negotiation, accepting payments, and making a high volume of manual phone calls.

*Applicants for the Debt Collection Agent position should meet the following criteria:*
* *A minimum of two years of third-party debt collections experience*
* *A strong work ethic*
* *A commitment to excellence*
* *Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills*
* *Be proficient in conflict resolution and negotiation*
* *Possess a knowledgeable understanding of skip tracing*
* *Thorough understanding of industry regulations, including FDCPA, FCRA, and TCPA*
* *Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook*
* *Ability to type 40wpm*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,500.
