Extraco Banks is seeking a Commercial Credit Specialist to join our team.
This position is located on site in Waco, Texas.
Experience: 2+ years Banking experience preferred.
Appraisal and/or Appraisal Review experience preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage the ordering and review of commercial appraisals on transactions > $500M.
Prepare cash flows, financial spreads, annual reviews, loan agreement compliance, and basic underwriting analysis.
Maintain numerous reports, including but not limited to, Charge-off Tracking Report, OREO report, Commercial Collections Delinquent Taxes Report.
Be knowledgeable/expert in appraisal regulations and Loan Policy in relation to appraisals, and provide appraisal expertise to lending staff
Manage loan relationships assigned to Commercial Collections.
Administrative duties in the Consumer/Retail Underwriting software.
Administrative duties in the Commercial Lending Underwriting/Workflow software.
Manage Centralized Commercial NOAT process
Record minutes for PAC meetings
Process legal bills associated with commercial collections.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or business related field with at least 9 hours of Accounting.
