As an Accounting Specialist on the accounting team, a typical day for you will include: Supporting the accounting team through accurate and timely processing of data within the Great Plains ERP system as well as other systems.
Accurately entering data from accounting documents, review, balance, and post-transaction batches.
Assisting with intercompany account reconciliations.
Working cross-functionally with various teams throughout the company.
Researching transactional details utilizing various software.

(Required qualifications) Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience in an accounting specialist or accounting assistant role.
Skills: Maintains good working relationships with internal and external customers.
Prioritization, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to execute/follow moderate Excel functions.
High level of integrity.
Education: A High School Diploma or General Education Degree “GED” is required.
An associate’s degree is preferred.
Schedule / in-office requirements: Hybrid role; 3 days in office, 2 days work from home.
