Position: Full-time salaried, with benefits
Job Requirements: Provide consistent and accurate oversight of various financial areas of the company to minimize errors and ensure timeliness of record keeping.
A general knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping is required to maintain reliable, back-office operations.
Responsible for overseeing and reconciling financial transactions with the assistance of in-house tools.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions, Manage day-to-day AP and AR transactions, Update and maintain the general ledger as needed, Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system, Recording debits and credits.
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience with ComputerEase ERP is a plus, however not required.
2-4 years of general / basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge.
