The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks.
This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage office activities and operations to ensure smooth workflow - Oversee office budgeting and expense management - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Assist with event planning and coordination - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized office environment - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts when necessary - Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records - Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee timekeeping records Qualifications: - Proven experience in office administration or a similar role - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Proficient in using office software (e.
g.
, Microsoft Office Suite) - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to find solutions independently - Experience in budgeting and financial management is preferred - Previous experience in event planning is a plus We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
