Responsibilities: A little bit of everything- depends on the day- Mainly, I need help with: Organizing and setting up warehouse - pricing items and organizing inventory- I need you to: Provide administrative support to the executive team and perform general office duties.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with front desk duties as needed.
- Perform basic office management tasks such as ordering supplies and managing inventory.
Skills: -Please be reliable!!! - Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective correspondence and interaction with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document creation, editing, and formatting.
- Attention to detail for accurate proofreading of documents.
- Experience with phone systems and ability to handle calls professionally.
- Event planning skills to assist with organizing company events or meetings.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and ability to perform clerical duties efficiently.
