Job Description:
As a Concierge at Coral LTC, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere for our residents and their families.
You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and residents, ensuring their needs are met and enhancing their overall experience at our nursing home.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome residents, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage QR codes for resident satisfaction surveys, customer service surveys, and new admission surveys.
Prepare rooms for new admissions and ensure readiness.
Review admission contracts with new admissions.
Assist residents and visitors.
Provide information and assistance to residents, families, and visitors regarding services, activities, and amenities.
Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing mail, maintaining records, and updating resident information.
Support staff with tasks related to resident admissions, discharges, and room assignments.
Customer Service:
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Anticipate and address the needs and concerns of residents and visitors to create a positive experience.
