```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Coordinate guest transportation, including arranging taxis or car rentals
- Make reservations for guests at local restaurants, theaters, or other venues
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
```Experience```
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Upselling skills to promote hotel amenities and services to guests
- Experience in sales, particularly in electronics or technical products, is a plus
- Retail sales experience is beneficial for providing excellent customer service
- Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable for communicating with a diverse range of guests
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations or provide technical assistance to guests
