As a Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for visitors and callers in our organization.
Receptionists play a vital role in providing a positive and professional impression of the company.
The primary responsibility is to greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate individuals or departments within the organization.
This is a full-time (40 hours) non-exempt position based in Waco, TX.
The salary for this role is $15.
00 per hour and is benefits eligible.
As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and Welcoming Visitors: greet guests and visitors, making them feel welcome and comfortable.
Answering Phone Calls: handle incoming calls, provide information, take messages, and transfer calls to the relevant individuals or departments.
Documenting all customer contacts accurately in Salesforce.
Managing Correspondence: handle incoming and outgoing mail, email, and faxes.
Administrative Support: assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
Providing Information: serve as a source of information for visitors and callers, providing basic information about the organization, its products or services, and its location.
Handling Special Requests: handle various special requests, such as arranging transportation, making restaurant reservations, or providing general assistance to visitors or staff members.
You should have:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role utilizing a multi-line phone system.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.
g.
fax machines and printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
High school education
