This position is responsible for imaging company records as well as assistance with other Administrative Services duties.
All duties are performed onsite in our Waco, Texas location.
Code, image, and save company records in appropriate files within the Texas Life imaging system.
Provide up-front imaging of company mail and forward to appropriate department for handling.
Scan files or papers for imaging.
Review imaged copies to ensure all pages were scanned and are quality images.
Assist with mail processing as needed.
Required Skills:
Able to scan, review for quality, and save correctly in imaging system.
Able to view computer monitor for long periods of time.
Communicate effectively with company employees regarding policy records.
Able to maintain confidentiality of policy records.
Basic computer skills, including spreadsheet program.
Able to work at a fast pace.
Base salary/hourly rate range for this position in Texas is between $32,000 and $36,000.
