Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to join our team.
As a Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to families.
This is a leadership role that requires strong supervisory skills, administrative expertise, and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
* Start training in Family Check-Up® at time of hire, completing all requirements to be certified in the FCU supervisor model.
* Ensure fidelity of Family Check-Up® model and work closely with FCU consultant.
Implement specific components of FCU model-including MI strategies
* Provides direct supervision and support to the Family Intervention Specialists, including completion of annual performance evaluation.
* Observes and reviews videos/live sessions to comply with FCU and reviews with staff – collaborative nature-supporting staff in professional development goals
* Completes Fidelity Assessments
* Monitors and evaluates program ensuring the quality and effectiveness of program, while assuring that outcomes are met.
* Manages program within budget, monitoring results monthly to assure fiscal goals are met.
* Responsible for reviewing and evaluating effectiveness/satisfaction data and implementing necessary changes to improve program quality and achieve established outcomes.
* Participates in strategic planning process with Leadership team to develop program growth.
* Develops and oversees the completion of performance expectations.
* Hires staff in coordination with Human Resources.
* Assists in maintaining safety for the physical office environment.
* Liaison with DFPS, the courts, and community partners, assessing community needs and assuring positive relationships.
* Assures that recorded documentation and management information data is complete and accurate.
* Advises Vice President of critical trends, problems, or events in program.
* Implements Saint Francis’ policies and follows directives as required.
Follows and adheres to all pertinent Saint Francis Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), rules, personnel policies, and procedures; related accreditation and licensure standards; and federal, state and local rules, statutes, regulations, and contractual terms.
Ensures clients’ rights are protected.
* Reports unusual incidents through appropriate Risk Management, clinical and safety channels.
* Ensures clients’ rights are protected.

Pay: $58,801.
