*Infant Teacher Aide Position:*
As a member of our Team you will have the freedom to act silly, create adventures for our infants, while also staying safe during this challenging time.
Our Center is looking for dynamic and passionate Infant Teacher Aide to provide loving, safe and nurturing environment in a home away from home.
What you’ll do:
* Utilize Frog Street curriculum to assist the Lead Infant Teacher in creating a fun, adventurous learning environment for our babies.
* Be a willing participant in the Texas Rising Star coaching / mentoring process
* Ensure the daily care of every child by following all State Minimum Standards guidelines, BNT’s Policies, including COVID-19 requirements, and pass background check
* Build strong relationships with families and co-workers to achieve success for each child.
* Maintain an interactive classroom that is clean, safe, and organized.
* Be patient, caring, and have a loving spirit around the children

COVID-19 considerations:
Child pick up/drop off continues to be done at facility entrance, and Visitors are limited at this time (exceptions: medical emergency personnel, Childcare Regulation, law enforcement) Health screenings/temps are taken upon entry into the facility.

* Waco, TX 76708: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
* License Childcare: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
* Early Childhood or Child Development Certificate/Degree (Preferred)
