If you feel like this is a role that fits you, apply and connect with us today! *After School Substitute Teacher Key Roles:* * Implement program curriculum geared towards the needs of children * Create a safe, caring, and engaging environment and be actively involved with children * Serve as a role model to the children in the group through appearance and actions * Assist students with homework * Supervise students inside and on the playground * Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies * Follow instructions provided by the site director *Requirements:* * *Must have completed 60+ college credit hours * * *Must be able to pass criminal background check and fingerprinting* * Child care related education background is preferred * Technology literacy and ability to learn new programs * Ability to motivate and engage children and manage behavioral challenges *Flexible scheduling Monday through Friday, must be available 2:00 PM-6:00/6:30 PM* Job Types: Part-time, Temporary Pay: $45.
