Closing Line Cook

Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations - Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Assist with the planning and execution of menu items - Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation - Follow proper knife handling techniques - Work on Lunch orders as the orders are received for plated service, take-out orders, and on-line orders - Closing cleaning and station turnover, proper cooling and storage of product for next day Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of food handling and food service techniques - Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work well in a team setting - Excellent communication skills - Culinary degree or certification is a plus Hours: - 9:00am to 5:00pm, Tuesday through Saturday Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
