Cake Decorator/Bakery Associate

```Duties``` - Decorate cakes and cupcakes according to customer specifications and design requests - Create and design custom cakes and cupcakes for special occasions such as birthdays, weddings, and anniversaries - Use various tools and techniques to apply icing, frosting, and other decorative elements to cakes - Ensure that cakes and cupcakes are visually appealing and meet quality standards - Collaborate with customers to understand their cake design preferences and provide recommendations - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines during the cake decorating process - Maintain a clean and organized work area -Dish washing on a rotation basis -Deep cleaning bakery ```Requirements``` - Previous experience in cake decorating or a related field is preferred - Knowledge of different cake decorating techniques and designs - Familiarity with food safety regulations and guidelines - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail and creativity in cake design - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Basic knowledge of pastry and food production processes Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
