As part of the La Fiesta Team, the Busser will take pride in providing exceptional service to our guests while performing the following duties and responsibilities:
· Prepares dining room for patrons by cleaning tables, setting decor, condiments, napkins, service plates, utensils, etc.
· Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
· Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; being alert to patron spills or other special needs
· Supports wait staff by delivering/restocking chips and salsa
· Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables; sweeping and/or vacuuming floors; removing trash and recyclables from the facility
· Communicates with guests on a friendly professional level
Requirements/Qualifications:
· Professional appearance, positive attitude
· Work well in a team environment
· Dependable, reliable means of transportation
· Reliable and flexible with work schedule, work days, nights, weekends, holidays
· Strong focus on detailed cleanliness
· Able to take direction, multi-tasking, organizational skills
· Ability to stand, bend reach and walk for long periods of time
· Ability to lift up to 40lbs
Education and Experience Requirements :
· High School Diploma/GED acquired or in progress.
· Food Handlers Card is preferred / R estaurant experience preferred
