*Elite Waste is currently seeking a Portable Sanitation Route Driver to join our Waco, Texas, team.
The Portable Sanitation Route Driver will be responsible for delivering, sanitizing, and picking up rented portable toilets on an assigned route.
This is an hourly position with the range of hours based on rental needs.

The Portable Sanitation Route Driver provides portable sanitation services in a safe and efficient manner while upholding the Elite Waste Services reputation of top-quality portable restrooms and customer service.
On-call participation, overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required occasionally.
*REPORTS TO:*
Dispatcher, supervisor
*EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:*
* The driver should possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED.
* The driver should possess conversational English skills.
* The driver should demonstrate the ability to follow oral and written instructions in English.
* The driver should demonstrate the ability to read a map.
* The driver should demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills and must maintain a professional and courteous manner with clients and fellow employees.
Previous experience in route delivery is preferred.
*REQUIREMENTS:*
* For insurance purposes, the driver should be 25 years or older.
* The driver should possess a valid driver’s license.
* The driver should maintain an excellent driving record and should have no more than three (3) moving or alcohol violations in the last three (3) years.
* The driver must remain drug-free and may be required to comply with random drug testing.
* The driver should be able to climb in and out of a truck numerous times throughout the workday.
* The driver must possess the ability to lift up to 80 pounds without difficulty throughout the day.
*KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* The driver will arrive on time each workday and maintain a consistent attendance record.
* The driver must be willing to work outside in all weather extremes.
* The driver will deliver, perform service cleanings, and pick up portable toilets along a designated route assigned by the dispatcher.
* The driver will maintain paperwork necessary for daily operations, including:
* Completing documentation and informing the office of restrooms that are not deliverable, accessible, or serviceable.
* Documenting the condition of portable restrooms.
* Documenting problems with work orders or sites.
* The driver will maintain time and production standards set for routes.
* The driver will address and resolve problems that arise on the route in an efficient and professional manner.
* The driver will sanitize and repair portable toilets at our shop as requested by the dispatcher or supervisor.
* The driver will advise management of broken, damaged, or malfunctioning equipment.
* The driver will perform routine preventative maintenance on his or her work vehicle.
* The driver will keep his or her company vehicle clean inside and out.
* The driver will perform additional duties as assigned.
*COMPENSATION:*
$17.
