Job Overview
The Engineering Coordinator will provide quality control over internal and external communications, data tracking, and process monitoring for the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Communication Coordinating Duties:
Establish and set up information packets both digitally and physically to support sales team after point of sale.
Monitors the status of projects for compliance with company procedures between point of sale and point of design issued for construction in Project Life Cycle
Monitors active job-related documentation daily to keep files naming, location, transmittal and version within standard procedures and expectations.
Actively maintains operations dashboard with requests, revisions, proposals, and supplier communication both internally and externally.
Coordinates travel for on-site and away customer / supplier meetings.
Coordinate Project Deck activity for active projects to compile design drawings and field work drawings to be issued for As Built drawings.
Issue As Built design drawings and warranty information to customer during job close out.
Strategy and Development Duties:
Participate in Strategic and Development initiatives for company adoption and implementation.
Develop strong supplier communication channels and processes, updates suppliers with project related status information as well as maintains supplier schedule expectations and dashboard status.
Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Minimum Education, Skills, and Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
Detail-oriented.
Must be reliable and trustworthy.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Ability to be punctual and work scheduled hours.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit at a desk for prolonged periods of time and work on a computer.
Verbal Communication is important, so employees must be able to hear and speak.
