* Experience with technical team leadership including supervising developers, conducting code reviews, conversing with customers on requirements, issues, progress, etc.
* Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
* Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
* Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
* Write effective APIs
* Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
* Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
* Create security and data protection settings
* Write technical documentation
* Ability to work in Agile fashion
* Experience estimating work efforts
* Value addition through technical innovations/solutions
* Hands on with ASP.
NETframework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns
