Cashier and Customer Service

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner - Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Upsell products and services to customers to maximize sales - Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment - Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with proper phone etiquette - Assist customers with wireless sales and provide information on available technology products - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Sell products and services in accordance with company policies and procedures - Provide bilingual support to customers as needed Skills: - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds - Experience in upselling products or services to maximize sales - Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems for cash handling and transactions - Familiarity with technology sales, including wireless products, is a plus - Ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment - Bilingual skills in [insert relevant language] are highly desirable Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
