*What you will be doing*
You will help to create a memorable stay for our guests by welcoming them with exceptional service and ensuring their stay was inspiring.
*What you will be doing*
* Greets, Register, and Assigns rooms to guests.
* Issues room key and escort instructions to Guests.
* Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
* Computes bills collect payments and makes changes for the guests.
* Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts.
* Handles accounting of money, receipts, guest accounts, and credit through the operation of the Front Desk computer system and completion of reports.
* Additional responsibilities were outlined during the interview process.
*Education & Experience*
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* One to three months in related experience and/or training.
*Additional Requirements:*
* Must be proficient in reading, writing, and math skills.
* Required to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
* The ability to perform the following: regularly required to talk, hear, and interact with guests.
* Occasionally required to walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms.
* Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.
