* 3 year customer service experience
* Basic computer skills
* Valid driver’s license
* Available to work Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
* English (Required)
* Spanish (Required)
Responsibilities:
* Passionate about providing exceptional service to customers
* Educate customers on the importance paying payments in a timely manner
* Data entry of loan applications/documents
* Post cash, check and debit card payments
* Develop customer relationships and build new business
* Comply with company policies and procedures
* Work closely with peers and manager to build a cohesive team environment
