American Bank is seeking someone who is passionate about customer service and building relationships with customers over the phone and through an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM).
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and perform transactions including by not limited to deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, and accepting loan payments both over the phone and through an ITM
Listen to customers and review current relationships to offer products and services best suited to fit their needs
Review online banking applications, process bill pay applications, remote deposit capture batches and review and approve mobile deposit transactions
Troubleshoot and efficiently resolve customer online banking issues
Receive, research and resolve customer inquiries about their accounts

Experience:
High School graduate or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
At least 1 year of banking experience required
Familiarity with Fiserve systems preferred
Bilingual preferred
