*Job Description: *Responding to small leads and reservation requests, Check-in and check-out guests and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all SOPs.
*Essential duties and tasks*
* Pre-register, block reservations, answering all small lead inquiries and take future reservations following hotel rate structures, discounts, and sell strategies.
Tracking all reservations and leads in Nimble.

* Handle guest check-ins/check-outs in accordance with hotel credit/cash handling policies in an efficient and friendly manner.
(20%)
* Resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, in-house events, directions, local attractions, directions, late arrival key boxes, etc.
(10%)
* Send Birdeye review invites and respond to reviews (5%)
* Book and coordinate rentals and activities (5%)
*Qualifications*
* Previous sales, marketing or customer service experience is preferred.
B2C- Business to Consumer or Call Center Sales experience helpful!
* Must possess strong communication skills and be able to converse with customers comfortably and be able to Maintain an upbeat, positive, and motivated demeanor (ability to speak in Spanish a plus!)
* Must have basic computer knowledge
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:* (10%)Inventory guest room keys according to policy and request re-keying as necessary.
* Stocking and inventory of Gift Shop.
* Maintaining inventory of printed guest maps and forms.
* Verify registration cards against computer to ensure accuracy of name, type of payment, rate, market segment.
* Coordinate with housekeeping to keep clean/dirty status updated inroad.
*Experience: *Experience required by position is from three months to one full year of employment in a related position with this Company or other organizations.
*Skills and Abilities: *
* Requires a working knowledge of the Front Desk aspect of Moon River Ranch/MEi services, policies or operations and a general knowledge of the resort.
Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
* Requires knowledge of and ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system.
* Ability to read and speak English.
