Customer Service

We work personally with patients and their doctors to help patients get access to medications they need utilizing various Prescription Assistance Programs offered by pharmaceutical companies and their foundations.
Customer Service Representatives will be required to; * Make contact with various healthcare providers and Doctors offices to obtain required forms and prescriptions for a patients enrollment.
* Have interaction with patients regarding their Prescription Assistance Program * Complete daily reports to ensure a patients enrollment is complete and accurate.
* Maintain the highest level of service by meeting and exceeding quality standards on every patient interaction.
