Customer Service Associate

Hi All, We are looking for a customer service representative to help manage the front lobby entrance by greeting guests and executing a variety of administrative tasks.
As customer service representative you will be the first point of contact for most customer phone calls and visits.
Responsibilities will include checking customers in and out, helping manage bathing, drying, and preparing pets to be groomed (If needed), up-selling items such as collars,bones,etc, answering and returning phone calls, and managing customer appointments.
Requirements: * Must be a Pet lover * Must be able to work as a team player * Must have easy going personality; patience * Must take work and attendance seriously * Able to work Tuesday - Saturday, morning and afternoon.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $8.
00 - $11.
