*Receptionist Job Description*
Our nearly 130-year-old firm consists of approximately 10-15 attorneys that provide a diverse selection of practice areas.
We are looking for a full-time front desk receptionist to help support our Attorneys and staff to give our client’s the best experience possible.
We are seeking an energetic, *punctual*, multitasking individual to be a part of our team.
Duties include, but not limited to:
* Answering calls on a multiline system
* Direct calls appropriately
* Greeting and directing clients and visitors
* Process mail
* Scan and copy documents
* Sort daily mail
* Setup conference rooms for mediation/depositions
* Assist with projects
* Compile reports
* Maintain calendar
* Understanding each Attorney’s areas of practice so that potential new clients are put in touch with the appropriate attorney for their case
Requirements:
* Must be friendly, personable, and flexible
* Good computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and the Internet
* Dependable, punctual, and organized
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
* Ability to work without direct supervision
