CSR - Customer Service Representative

Requirements include registering with Jack of All Trades for this position.
You will be employed by JOAT for the first 8 weeks prior to coming on as a Direct Hire.
Depending on performance and attendance, you may be eligible for increase in wages upon direct hire with ICS.
The Sales Associate position will report to the Director of Sales and provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance.
Sales associates have an emphasis on department and product knowledge, providing information on product features, and knowing related items to sell.
Sales Associates serve customers by determining requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, and maintaining the informational notes in our customer database.
*Responsibilities:* * answer inbound calls and respond to emails * outbound calls to customers and potential customers * handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email * research required information using available resources * manage and resolve customer complaints * provide customers with product and service information * update existing customer information * Input order and quotes * identify and escalate priority issues * route calls to appropriate resource * follow up customer calls where necessary * document all call information according to standard operating procedures *Knowledge, Skills, Ability* * High Customer Service knowledge * Excellent Data Entry Skills * Ability to listen and build relationships with customers * Ability to multi-tasking * Excellent people skills * Ability to problem solve within company guidelines * Excellent Attendance is a must Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $13.
