Guest Services Agent AM and PM shifts
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join the team at the Bridge Hotel Partners, LP C/O KB Hotels LLC in Waco, TX, US.
As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the face of the hotel, provide friendly service to our guests and help create a memorable guest experience.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service while also providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, handling phone calls, processing payments, responding to guest inquiries, and providing a helpful and friendly presence at the front desk.

Compensation:
$12 - $13.

Responsibilities:
Welcome guests as they arrive to the hotel and ensure they complete their check-in and check-out processes with ease.
Answer any questions and fulfill any requests made by guests in a timely and professional manner.
Provide top-notch customer service by proactively anticipating guests’ needs and adhering to the hotel's standards and guidelines.
Address any complaints voiced by guests and strive to ensure they have a satisfying stay.
Ensure that the hotel's premises remain clean and safe at all times.
Qualifications:
Possess prior experience in hospitality and customer service.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing friendly and helpful service.
Possess strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Reliable attendance record and punctuality.
Must have availability and flexibility for working days, weekends, and holidays.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
