We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and customer-oriented Guest Services Representative to become a part of our team at Bridge Hotel Partners, LP C/O KB Hotels LLC in Waco, TX, US.
As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a memorable guest experience.
Your responsibilities will include efficiently checking guests in and out, addressing phone calls, processing payments, promptly responding to guest inquiries, and maintaining a friendly and helpful presence at the front desk.

Compensation:
$13 - $14 Hourly
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests as they arrive to the hotel and ensure they complete their check-in and check-out processes with ease.
Answer any questions and fulfill any requests made by guests in a timely and professional manner.
Provide top-notch customer service by proactively anticipating guests’ needs and adhering to the hotel's standards and guidelines.
Address any complaints voiced by guests and strive to ensure they have a satisfying stay.
Ensure that the hotel's premises remain clean and safe at all times.
Qualifications:
Possess prior experience in hospitality and customer service.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing friendly and helpful service.
Possess strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Reliable attendance record and punctuality.
Must have availability and flexibility for working days, weekends, and holidays.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
