Customer Service Representative / Property Caretaker

We are seeking a CSR/Property Caretaker to become a part of our team! Responsibilities: Renting storage units.
Renting Uhaul equipment.
Investigate and resolve tenant complaints.
Hooking up trailers.
Facility cleaning and upkeep.
Qualifications: No previous experience is required.
Knowing how to properly hook up a trailer would be nice, but also not required.
Ability to build rapport with tenants.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Basic computer knowledge would be very helpful.
Driver's license and transportation.
