Lawn person with zero-turn mower needed (Waco)

I need to identify someone with a zero-turn mower that is always ready to mow.
My front and back yard are both quick to mow with that equipment.
Edging is only needed in the front, but the driveway and area in front of the curb should also be blown off and to free of loose grass and debris when the person leaves.
This job at my house which is near the Extraco Event Center on Bosque It is intended to take less than an hour and I can pay $20 for up-to an hour each time that I call you.
