Short Term Rental Crew (Waco)

I am acquiring a short term rental and in need of both cleaning and property management, ideally someone willing to do both! Property details: 8 bedroom 4 bath divided into 4 units.
Shared common area with lots of amenities.
Near downtown Waco about 1.
6 miles Cleaners: Please share per unit cost of cleaning a 2/1 approximately 800 sqft unit with kitchen and furniture.
How many cleaners would be in the team? How open are you to flexible (but often) cleanings and prompt in terms of cleaning on time/quickly? Property management: Please share current property management portfolio.
Given there is a range of property management in this domain, Id be curious on flexibility around how hands on (owning the airbnb listing itself, communications, cleaners etc) to minimum amount of services (fixing broken items, organizing maintenance etc) your services provide compared to your rates.
Both: same cleaning fee structure.
Property management on the minimal side at an hourly on-demand basis covering all additional spend.
