Shed Delivery Driver

*Job Title:* Shed and Cabin Delivery Driver *Job Summary: *The Shed & Cabin Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering, setting up, and leveling customer's build orders, ensuring a 5-star customer experience.
This role involves effective communication with customers, adherence to delivery processes, and reporting any service issues during deliveries.
The Shed Delivery Driver plays a crucial role in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
*Responsibilities:* Contact customers to confirm order details and establish themselves as the point of contact for delivery.
Maintain direct communication with customers through phone calls, emails, and text messages to provide delivery status updates.
Deliver customer build orders on time; promptly notify customers and Customer Service Specialists in case of any delivery delays.
Install and level buildings according to procedures.
Collect final payments from customers.
Ensure a 5-star customer service.
Adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations while operating the delivery vehicle.
Take responsibility for scheduling and performing regular maintenance on vehicles and equipment; address emergency maintenance issues as they arise.
*Qualifications:* Current Class A CDL license.
Clean driving record with no violations.
Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including stooping, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and crawling as required.
Effective interpersonal skills for working with customers and team members.
Ability to present a positive and professional image to customers and colleagues.
Strong attention to detail with a proactive and urgent work approach.
Adaptability to changing and fast-paced work environments.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Good reasoning abilities and sound judgment.
2-3 years of experience operating a commercial delivery vehicle.
Preferred, but not required: 2-3 years of shed hauling/oversize experience.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.
00 - $80,000.
