Requirements: 3 months verifiable OTR experience (no trainer required, team or solo experience accepted) in the last 6 months, or 6 months verifiable OTR experience in the last 12 months (with half of your driving time as OTR).
Clean driving record with no DOT reportable accidents in the last three years.
