Substitute Teacher K-12

* * Implement lesson plans provided by absent teachers to create engaging learning experiences.
* Manage classroom dynamics to encourage participation and maintain a positive atmosphere.
* Adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
* Supervise students indoors and outdoors to ensure their safety.
* Assign in-class tasks based on provided lesson plans.
* Collaborate with department heads or administrators for long-term assignments.
Qualifications: * *Associate degree or 60+ college credit hours.
* * Bachelor's degree or Teacher's certification preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lead and instruct students of all ages.
* General knowledge of multiple subjects.
* Flexibility and critical-thinking skills.
