Huge tire (Bellmead)

I’ve had this huge tractor tire sitting in my side yard waiting to be turned into a garden decoration.
On Parrish st, in Bellmead, right by the ball fields (lions park) there’s a tire by the road.
Free to haul off for your yard decoration! The photos aren’t the tire it’s self but ideas of what to do.
It can NOT be used on a tractor anymore.
