Beautiful Husky Mix needs a forever home (Valley Mills)

Free to the right owner.
My sweet dog Koda needs to be rehomed.
She is a husky/Akita mix.
After 6 lovely years with her there was an incident where she bit my daughter.
I originally got her while my husband was in the service.
High energy but also loves to take it easy with you on the couch all day.
Very sweet and friendly.
She has a tendency to get possessive over HUMAN food only, not dog food.
We do not give her human food but during transitions and changes in routine she refuses to eat the dog food we provide and will sometimes go looking for human food (this is what caused the biting incident).
Absolutely must be a home with no intention on having children in the next 5 or so years while she finishes her life and doesn’t do great with other pets.
She would be amazing for a single gal or older couple looking for companionship and protection.
If I don’t find her a home she will be euthanized.
She has so much life to live and has so much potential to be somebody’s perfect dog.
She is 6 years old, just recently spayed and is up to date on all vaccines.
