Looking for a running vehicle (Ross)

Hello everyone, My name is Carl I'm looking for a running vehicle.
I was buying a Kia soul from public automotive in Waco Texas and they knew that the cat's were bad on the car and they didn't want to help me out so the car broke down and they have the car back now.
My credit score is low because I have lost my wife 9 years ago.
I have on hand $1,000 dollars for a running vehicle but I'm asking anyone that has one for sale if I could possible pay off the rest in mouthy or weekly payments for the running vehicle.
