Trim carpenter (Waco)

I am a trim carpenter with tools and a truck.
Skilled tradesman looking for work.
Trim work is $1 per square foot.
If it's not trim work , than my hourly is 35 per hour unless I need help than it will be 50 per hour.
A picture in the post also list itemized pricing for homes that are not needing complete trim.
A 15 percent down payment is required for retainer and startup cost.
I do not purchase materials.
