Deer Lease Wanted (Texas preferably within 200 miles of waco)

Several USMC veterans are looking for a deer lease to get on and stay on as a group for a long period of years.
Great stewards of your land.
Clean, close gates, woukd even offer labor assistance to land owner/farmer/ranch manager.
Would prefer a 2 buck county, will cull off nuisance deer, hogs, and any other critters affecting your property negatively.
Hoping to talk and view lease with a start around May/June.
A hand shake deal before then would enact said labor assistance.
