*POSITION RECAP*
We're currently seeking an experienced, full-time legal assistant / legal secretary to support our attorneys who specialize in Estate Planning, Wills, Probate, Business M&A, and other Business transaction legal support services .
Our candidate will work for a 35+ year experienced attorney and experienced associates.
Beautiful office environment with approximately 20 employees total between lawyers and admin support with the majority of our group having an excess of 20+ years experience.
*REQUIREMENTS*
Ideal candidate will have 5+ years in law firm admirative or support position and 3+ as a legal assistant / legal secretary for estate planning or business transactions.
Paralegal certificate a plus, but not required.
The right candidate will be highly organized and naturally resourceful, with a border line "perfectionist" level of attention to detail.
Outlook, Microsoft Word, Adobe and Excel experience needed and used frequently, if not daily.
This particular legal assistant role is very form and transactional heavy.
The right candidate would master the process flow to be the integral part of the team.
You are the safety net to the attorney's practice to make sure everything that goes out to clients and vendors is top quality.
Other daily tasks include but not exlusive to:
* Helping manage attorney's calendars and appointments
* Friendly and professional interactions with clientelle that helps enhance their trust in our firm
* Self prioritizing tasks between initiating new work, revising and finalizing existing tasks, and general practice 'housekeeping'
* Initial client intake
* Distinguishing appropriate forms to utilize and tailor to specific client situation, address, and delivery preferences
* Review and edit attorney time for professional and accurate billing output
This is a full-time in-person position Monday-Friday during standard business hours.
Our offices are closed for major federal holiday’s as set in our annual Holiday Calendar.
Must maintain a Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance, be able to be added to our corporate auto policy, and have reliable transportation.
Position requires extended periods of sitting and computer usage.
Pay scale dependent upon candidate's directly relatable expereince.

Pay: From $40,000.
