* *REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:* * Must have a valid Texas Drivers' License * Must have a High School education or GED * Obtain Officer in Training certificate within 6 months from date of hire * Must have the ability to pass the state Code Enforcement Officer test within 1 year from the date of hire and obtain license *DESIRED EXPERIENCE:* * Minimum two years of experience in code enforcement * Certified Code Enforcement Officer * Experience bidding service contracts to tow junk vehicles, mow grass, and remove trash/debris * Experience invoicing property owners and executing liens on properties due to nonpayment * Experience presenting code cases to Building and Standards Commission, prosecuting attorney, and Municipal Court SALARY IS DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $42,000.
