Lost Siamese cat Fairfield (Fairfield. TX)

My cat is lost.
He is a Siamese, he escaped last night.
He has never been outside, he doesn’t know how to be outside, please help.
He does not have a collar because he breaks out of them too easily.
He is microchipped though.
The information probably says Spring TX Because we just moved into Fairfield, but the number is correct.
He probably didn’t get far.
Please if you find him, let us know.
I am very worried because he has never been outside before.
We live on N Hall St in Fairfield.
Our cats name is Dr Evil and he responds to that or Evil.
