Kids ‘R’ Kids is in search of an incredible Director to lead our team of administrators, teachers and have an impact on our students and families! *Location:* Kids ‘R’ Kids Woodway *Projected start date:* January 2024 *Compensation:* 40-60k annually based on experience and incentives *Brief job description:* The Assistant Director of Kids ‘R’ Kids Woodway has the overall responsibility for operation of the Learning Academy along with the Owner(s).
Main responsibilities are to create an inclusive environment for all students and families and ensuring that our Learning Academy is operated in accordance with company policies and state licensing standards.
Our Assistant Director will also achieve profitability for the company through daily tasks related to new enrollment, retaining existing families, and adherence to defined budgets and promote the positive image and supports the Mission Statement of Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academies in the community.
*Mandatory qualifications:* High School Diploma Directors creditial 3+ years of experience in a school setting 3+ years of supervisor/ Leadership experience Education background *Preferred qualifications:* Bachelors Degree in Education or equivalent Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.
