```Qualifications```
- High School Diploma/GED

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.

, Waterfall, Agile)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Conflict management and negotiation skills
- Experience with vendor management is a plus
- Proficiency in using project management software (e.
g.
, Redmine)
- Knowledge of program management concepts (e.
g.
, SAFe) is preferred
