We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead our clinic's daily activities and support our continued growth and service excellence.
*What You'll Do:*
As our Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing patient experiences, optimizing operational efficiency, and leading our front office team.
You will be instrumental in implementing innovative strategies that promote patient satisfaction, staff development, and practice growth.
This is a key growth role in our practice, supported by the clinical and practice leadership.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Leadership Excellence: *Lead and manage our front office staff, fostering an environment of professionalism and high patient service standards.
* *Strategic Analysis: *Compile, review, and act on monthly and quarterly reports to drive patient growth and improve service effectiveness.
* *Staff Development:* Coordinate training programs to enhance staff skills, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and continuously improve service.
* *EMR System Mastery:* Oversee the adoption and efficient use of our Electronic Medical Records system to streamline operations and improve patient care.
We understand that no two EMR systems are alike, however we believe the skills are highly transferable from one system to another.
* *Regulatory Compliance: *Ensure all medical providers' credentials and clinic operations comply with current healthcare regulations and standards.
* *Marketing and Public Relations:* Develop and implement marketing strategies in conjunction with practice leadership to enhance the clinic's reputation and attract new patients.
*Who You Are: *
* A proven Sr.
practice manager with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in an allergy or asthma care setting.
* A minimum of 5+ years of strong working familiarity with EMR systems and medical coding practices.
* Strong leadership skills and a track record of improving team performance, team communications, and patient satisfaction.
* Excellent interpersonal communication.
* Strong general technology skills (social media, Google Business Suite + Microsoft suite)
* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to enhance clinic operations and patient care.
