BUILDING MANTANCE MANAGER WANTED

```Duties``` - Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the building - Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff and contractors - Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs - Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations - Respond to tenant requests and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Manage building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses - Develop and manage the building's budget ```Experience``` - Minimum of 3 years of experience in building management or a related field - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, logic controllers, and industrial maintenance - Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings - Excellent leadership and supervisory skills - Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing - Mechanical knowledge and experience with high voltage systems is preferred We offer competitive compensation and benefits package for this position.
