This Little Piggy Academy Too is currently accepting applications from qualified caregivers for a toddler teacher.
Expected to start once all background checks have been submitted and completed.
This teacher will have 11 children in their classroom between the ages of 2 1/2 years old to 3 years old.
Candidates must have experience with all age groups, including special needs in a licensed childcare program.
This teacher will be responsible for implementing planned activities, toilet training, maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment.
Also, helping lead teachers in their classrooms when needed.
Some duties include mopping, dishes, and communicating with parents at pickup time regarding their daily activities.
Hours will be 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday thru Friday.
This teacher will be given a 60 minutes lunch each day.
Teachers must be creative, passionate, and overall love working with young children!
All teachers are required to:
- Be 18 years old or older
- Have high school diploma or equivalent
- Pass a criminal history background check
- Be fingerprinted and pass an FBI background check
- Have or be willing to quickly attain CPR/First Aid Certification
- Abide by and exceed the Texas Minimum Standards for Child Care Centers
- Complete pre-service training and attend other training
- Be PUNCTUAL, patient, and love working with children!
