Lead Toddler Teacher

Responsibilities: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool-aged children - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities - Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents - Collaborate with parents and other staff members to ensure the well-being of each child - Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment - Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior Skills: - Experience working in a daycare or preschool setting - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline - Familiarity with special education techniques and accommodations - Proficiency in providing infant care, including feeding, diapering, and soothing - First aid certification or willingness to obtain certification - Strong caregiving skills and ability to meet the needs of individual children - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
